M10 Mega Ride In A Truck Day 2024

Again this year the funds raised will go to supporting Little Elms Charitable Trust and families requiring short term accommodation whilst they have a child in hospital. Some of the proceeds this year will also go to St Johns, Hato Hone Ambulance, Life Education Trust and to Hawkes Bay Rescue Helicopter Trust

This is a huge commitment by our industry and the TFHBCC committee is working very hard to continue this success story for the Transport Industry of Hawke's Bay.

For Traffic control/Parking onsite logistics on the day, must let us know please when Registering your Rigs, how many Rigs you are entering in either Napier or Hastings cavalcades - please do not leave those fields blank

Leave MITRE 10 MEGA at 9.00am sharp:

Mitre 10 - Left onto Prebenson Dr, (Hunting & Fishing exit) - Travel down HB Expressway go around roundabout and back onto Prebenson Dr - Left onto Hydrabad Road (right lane) - Ahuriri By-pass - Hardinge Road - Marine Parade - SH51 (through Awatoto & Clive) - Right onto Ruahapia Rd - Left onto Otene Road

***STOP... WAIT on Otene Rd on left side until waived on

Then left onto Elwood Rd - Right into A&P Showgrounds back gate (beside Paint Ball)
- In blocks of 10 trucks at a time

*** All trucks to observe the NZ road rules and Give Way/Stop where required with a suggested speed of 35-40km/h at all times

*** Seat belts must be worn during the cavalcade

Mitre 10 - Caroline Rd - Right onto Alexandra St - Right onto Warren Str - Left onto St.Aubyn St - Left onto Windsor Ave - Right onto Ada St - Right onto St.Georges Rd - Left onto Havelock Rd - Left onto Karanema Dr - Left onto Napier Rd - Left onto Crosses Road - Right onto St Georges Rd - Left onto Karamu Road – Right onto Warwick Road – Right onto Caroline Road - Left onto Kenilworth Road to Gate One at end on Right
